Changing Lives builds affordable temporary housing for recovering substance abusers, and homeless to reduce homelessness in the community. The goal of this program is to provide immediate and temporary housing while helping individuals acquire a permanent solution.
Changing Lives build transitional apartment communities for individuals who are Intellectual Disabled who no longer what to live in the group home setting or want to live on their own. These communities are engineered to provide these individuals with safety; onsite supported resources, transportation and supported staff that understands their needs.
Changing Lives builds affordable sustainable housing for the disadvantaged and under-served within the community. Our communities provide a better alternative outside of renting, that will give occupants and opportunity to own their own home at a fraction of the cost.
Changing lives want to see everyone succeed, so we often raise money to help young adults in our community with funds that can be used towards their educational goals.
